Chapter 7: Prohibition and invalidity of Shighar Marriage
باب تَحْرِيمِ نِكَاحِ الشِّغَارِ وَبُطْلاَنِهِ
Sahih Muslim 1415 c
Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) prohibited Shighar.
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السَّرَّاجِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الشِّغَارِ .
